Monday morning: playing about with cubes

 

Task one: Can you turn a cube inside out?




Task two: Can you make your own cube?



Task three: Which of these nets could be made into a cube?


Task four: Look at your cubes. What shape are the faces?

• How many faces are there altogether in each cube?

• What do you notice about the angles?

• How many edges are there altogether? Measure them. How long are they?

• How many vertices (corners) are there altogether?
